Taggart Insurance has the same concerns as any other employer. We need to reduce costs and increase efficiency.  With those goals in mind, we have implemented Very Well Health.  Our  Health and Wellness coach Joelle is working with our employees on a one to one basis – helping them achieve their individual health & lifestyle goals such as smoking cessation, weight loss, completing a 10k run or effectively handling stress.

We have just completed a contest - Get Healthy for Summer.  This was the first phase in our efforts towards a healthier lifestyle.  Sixteen people toed up to the starting line in February.  Today, those people have lost a total of 47 pounds, 13% of their body fat & increased their hydration by 38%.  We could not have done this without the help of our Wellness coach.
