Our primary role is to help you protect your possessions.  By following the procedures outlined below, you will not only save time, but you will allow our professional  staff to focus on your insurance needs.

How do I make a change to my policy?
In order to make a change to your legal document or policy, we prefer to have your request in writing.  This insures accuracy and will allow you to make requests on your schedule, not ours.

Our new website is still under construction.  Within a few weeks, you will be able to fill out a form & submit your request online, but in the meantime please Contact Us.  We will respond to your request as soon as possible.

Reporting a Claim
For your protection, we ask that you call our Claims Manager, Karen Dlouhy to discuss your claim.  Her phone number is 303-442-1484.  If a claim is to be submitted to the company, we may be able to transfer you directly to the company's claim center.  They will take a claim report from you then assign a claim number and adjustor.
In emergency situations, please contact the insurance company directly.

Questions about a Payment or Bill
If your bill comes directly from the insurance company, always contact them first for billing and payment questions.  They will have the most current information.
